RIGHT OF REVOCATION

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use a model revocation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive notice of your revocation.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

In the case of a service contract, if you requested that the services begin during the revocation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notified us of the revocation, compared to the total scope of the contract.

Special Conditions for Digital Products and Services

Our products may include digital goods and services such as, but not limited to:

• Digital in-game currency and virtual items

• Account-related services

• Boosting or progression services

• Custom digital deliveries or automated API-based products

These products are delivered digitally and are subject to specific protocols, including verification processes, logs, and before/after documentation (e.g. screenshots or system records) to confirm successful delivery.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Revocation

The right of revocation expires prematurely in the following cases:

1. Digital Content (Non-Physical Goods)
   The right of revocation expires once the execution of the contract has begun after you have:

   • expressly consented to the start of execution before the end of the revocation period, and

   • acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of revocation.

2. Fully Completed Digital Services
   The right of revocation expires once the service has been fully performed and completed.

3. Completed Digital Products (No Refund Policy)
   Once a digital product or service has been successfully delivered, completed, or marked as completed in our system, the transaction is considered final.
   At this stage:

   • no revocation, cancellation, or refund is possible,

   • the service is deemed fully performed,

   • and the customer explicitly accepts that digital products cannot be returned.

This applies in particular to all digital goods that cannot be physically returned or reversed once delivered.
